An apartment added to a multi-unit building in Mevaseret Zion, on a narrow, elongated lot with steep topography. The design turns the slope into an asset, creating a terrace and garden on two levels that open onto the view. Natural materials - Bir Zeit stone and dark bronze aluminium - ground the addition in its setting and let it blend quietly into the hillside landscape.
