As a UI UX designer and an online customer, I often come across online shopping sites that are characterized in an unprofessional
and unattractive manner, and more than once also make me close the site
and move to another store. What happens is that the combination of
the lack of clarity regarding the product that I wish to buy such as
the size of the garment, the price, etc. together with a lack of thinking and characterizing the site
which sometimes looks pale and lacks colors or with a combination of
colors in an unprofessional way makes people prefer to physically go to
a store that is designed in a way that attracts the eye and creates a
better shopping experience. And I ask myself why people prefer to pay
money to an interior designer to show them the store in an experiential
way and not invest in the online store whose target audience is several
people
